As of tomorrow....

As of tomorrow I will be 37 weeks pregnant. Inside I think I'm excited that I've carried this far,...outwardly however, I'm draggin'. Anyone else feel super tired in the latter part of their 3rd trimester?! I'm blessed that my five and three year old are self-sufficient in many ways and that they can play together,...otherwise, life would be much more challenging and exhausting. I can tell them that "mommy has to go lie down" and they don't argue or cry or whine...although I do feel guilty that in my last weeks with them before adding another child, I have no energy to do anything! Chad has stepped in and begun helping me more in the evenings...little things like tucking them in to bed so I can curl up on the couch - may not seem like much, but when you're as tired as I am, it's a tremendous load lifted. I never experienced this exhaustion with the first two and have a feeling it has something to do with the fact that I now have two children that demand my time and energy from early in the morning until late in the evening (and sometimes in to the middle of the night). For some reason I was under the (incorrect) impression that each pregnancy would get easier - most likely b/c Rauly's was soooooo easy! I have to admit, this hasn't been a difficult pregnancy all things considered, it's been a really smooth one...there have just been a lot more aches, pains, and days where I've had to rest. It's almost over though - 3 more weeks (please don't be more, please don't be more!!!).

I'm so glad that your pregnancy is going well! You are almost done! :)

As for Jr.K, it's like 4 year old Kindergarten. It's a step down from Senior K. that will happen when they are 5. However, there are many parents that hold their kids back in Jr.K because of age, maturity, or because they haven't mastered all of the skills yet. She actually has 3 kids in her class this year that have been held back. There are 5 Jr.K classes with 13-18 students in all of them. It's obviously become very popular putting your child in 4 year old Kindergarten. She's definitely the youngest in her class. She went to preschool last year which was for 3 year olds.

Girl I am exhausted with this one!! I can't even imagine it being the third! I think you're doing great!
And thankfully I will be able to deliver this one at 37 weeks again otherwise I don't know what I would do!

I know what you mean...I can't complain because my pregnancy has been healthy, but there are just so many aches and pains (and nausea!) that I just didn't realize I'd feel! And I have my days when I just can't do anything more than shower and go back to bed. We're almost done! Whoo hoo!
