Anyone need a tip on how to get in and out of a doctor's office quickly? Just tell them you're about to throw-up all over their desk - trust me...you'll be in and out in 5 minutes! I'm sorry to complain, but really and truly...I have not enjoyed the woes of the early pregnancy months. I'm in my 4th month and with each previous pregnancy, I was feeling better by this point...I just pray that the nausea goes away soon. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled in to a fast-food place to get something to eat or drink (literally am having to eat and drink every hour on the hour or I'll start dry-heaving). You'd think I'd be smart enough to pack snacks and carry them around in my purse, but what can I say...pregnancy kills brain cells. The other night, I went out with a friend to Mandarin for a children's consignment sale. We wound up having to pull through Arby's (b/c it was the closest place with liquid) where I discovered their Passion Fruit Unsweetened Tea...it immediately got rid of my nausea and held me over for a good hour until I got home. :) I think that is my new favorite thing - it's heavenly! I told Chad I was going to have to ask them if they sell it by the gallon.
I got the most adorable Peg Perego Car Seat for our lil' bundle...I'm so excited! Not only is it stylish and looks brand spankin' new (yeah for consignment sales!), but the price was fantastic! It's gender neutral with a black background and large white polka dots and a black visor...it also included the base which I've learned is a "must-have" for making life easier. I also found some beautiful Strassburg dresses for Miss Rauly-Marie...love getting a great deal!
Neways, my friend Melissa left me a mssg saying it was time to update my blog...so here are some pics of my kids. Trust me - you don't want to look at me until I'm feeling a bit perkier. :) The kids look rough in these pics though because they have a virus. I kept them home today and aside from sleeping half the day, they took a few minutes to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful weather outside - Shep climbed the orange tree to pick a few oranges for him and Rauly - and Rauly enjoyed the fruits of his labor.
Our Azalea's blooming...
My rose bush blooming...
Shep climbing our Orange Tree...(and yes...he's in his swim suit - don't ask.)
Rauly eating her orange...(yes, she is also in her bathing suit...again...can you tell they got bored today?)
And then they crashed and burned...

Ok I'm so behind! I just now saw that you are pregnant! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! How wonderful! :) Can't wait to keep up with your cute little self! :)
I'm right there with you on not enjoying being pregnant when dealing with nausea 24/7. It's awful! I had to eat all the time with both of mine and now those foods that I ate then, I can't eat now. I was sick for the first 20 weeks with both girls. As soon as I hit that mark, I got so much better so there is still hope! :) Hopefully you are on the back end of it all! Take care! Oh yeah...your kids are getting so big!
I'm sorry you've been so sick!!! I can't wait to see all your new baby gear... and nursery pics! It's all just too much fun!
