Tis the season....

Have I mentioned that I'm an aunt now?!?!?! Meet my adorable, cuddly and oh-so-lovable nephew - Henry! Jenny got Henry about 2 weeks ago and he was an instant hit with our family...the kids (and myself) can't get enough of him!!!

Friday night, we went to the Live Nativity - our church program. It was fantastic!! Dennis, Linda, Jenny and Jeff joined us along with some friends of ours, the Giffthen family. Shep and Rauly had so much fun playing with McGuire!

Robin and my kiddo's (along with another child from our church) - she introduced me to CBS and our church! She has become a dear friend and a huge help - she was my #1 helper with Christmas For Kids and she just adores our kids.

This morning, Chad's family had their annual LLC (Ladies Luncheon Club) at Linda's home. It was SOOOOO fun! We all baked about 5 dozen cookies to taste test and then send home with everyone so all of us got to take home several dozen cookies - they were all so good! We laughed so hard and had such a good time visiting! Can't wait for our next one!

Tonight, Chad and I attended a CBS dinner. The teaching director and her husband had us in to their home along with all the other team leaders and their spouses! It was truly a wonderful night! Brooke's husband (the host) is a Jewish convert and he took some time to share his testimony which was really interesting. We played "White Elephant" and wound up being there nearly 3.5 hours! Chad was actually the reason we stayed so long - he was making great contacts for our business...many of the spouses are doctors and one actually works as the administrator for one of the big hospitals in Jax - Chad has a meeting with him on Thursday!! Praise God for opening a very unexpected door tonight!! I have really grown to love these ladies - their wisdom is invaluable and they have welcomed our family with open arms!

Robin and I....

Angie is the children's director and I am the children's teacher so we work very closely together on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I hope you all are having fun gearing up for Christmas Day - happy shopping!! :)

Oh my goodness... Shep looks EXACTLY like you in that close-up photo. Can't wait to meet him in person! If you haven't already figured it out, we're gonna have to postpone our Orlando playdate until January. December is always crazy. Don't know what I was thinking!
