I got this off of Terri's blog and decided to take the test myself - very interesting!

Brain Lateralization Test Results
Right Brain (22%) The right hemisphere is the visual, figurative, artistic, and intuitive side of the brain.
Left Brain (82%) The left hemisphere is the logical, articulate, assertive, and practical side of the brain
Are You Right or Left Brained?

Guess this is why I all I can draw is a stick-figure! This test is SO true - I tend to always see the serious side of things...I'm very practical and analytical...I have a tendency to be a "glass half-empty" kind of gal! I'm a true ISFJ - (Introverted, Sensitive, Feeling, Judging)! :) Are you surprised? This is my true nature and those of you who are close to me know that. BUT, my mom is just the opposite in so many ways which is really a blessing. She is extremely outgoing, optimistic, energetic...a "glass half-full" kinda gal! I watched her over the years and in many ways have become more like that by following her example. I have learned from her how to make friends easily, how to carry conversation with strangers and how to see the positive side of things. I have regular weekly play-dates with friends because I desire to be around others - something I learned from my mom, BUT - I typically leave my friends company feeling drained (which is where my true introverted side shows!). SO - can you tell that I have analyzed the heck out of my personality?!?! Like I said...this test is SO true...I am SUCH a left brained thinker! :) What are you?!

that's funny that we're so close in brain - ness! The RB and MH on my blog are Melissa and Ryan's attempts at being funny. They're just hilarious (must be right-brained people). :) Anyway, maybe I'll see you when I'm home sometime!

Ok, I'm about to take the test, but I have a feeling I'm very similar to you because when you described your personality it sounded EXACTLY like mine! We'll see...

That was fun! I am 76% left brain so I totally understand where you're coming from! :) I posted that on Myspace! :)

just to let you know, mh on Terri's comments was not me. don't know who it was but RB was obviously being sarcastic. I think mh was too, but who knows

I wish I had more of your left brain-ness! Some of the great things that come with being "logical, articulate, assertive and pratical," are organization and structure. Those are two things I am definitely lacking!!! I could really use some left brained people to come help me organize our house! :)

I am pretty much down the middle, a little more left brained. Hey, I was reading your blog a while back and saw the name Elizabeth-Anne Morris, and I realized that it is the same Elizabeth-Anne that Josh's family's good friends (pretty much family to us...the Watts) always say that they want James to marry one day! Also, my grandma went to Homewood C of C in Birmingham forever (until she moved here so my parents could take care of her) and every time we'd go visit her, we'd go there! Such a small world!

Lauren, Elizabeth Anne has got to be one of the sweetest little babies I know - we are so proud of our little cousin!! :) Chad got the biggest kick out of the fact that her and James are already being "set up"! All I can say is that you and Josh would be very happy being part of the Moore family if one day those little love birds ever had a connection! :)

Well good! Only the best for my little James! :) I meant Moore, too, not Morris. I said the wrong one when asking my sister-in-law if she was the same one, too.
