***Update***
If you are just tuning in, please read the previous post.

I have received questions through email and phone calls that I have done my best to answer. I will encourage you all to go to the link on Anencephaly...I believe this will answer any questions that you have. I spoke with Melissa this morning and she said she got some sleep last night and that alone is a blessing. Terri (her sister) arrived in Tallahassee last night and is with Melissa today along with other family and friends. John's business required him to make a trip to Atlanta today so Chad accompanied him - please pray for their safety. Many of you have asked if they are receiving phone calls and for this week, they are not. Once some decisions have been made, they would like to talk to you but for now, if you could just send emails or cards, that would be greatly appreciated. I know all of you want to know what you can do and for now, they need prayers for strength, guidance and faith. I am going to be leaving soon, but will update when I have a chance over the next few days. Thank you for your sweet comments thus far, I do not know that Melissa is reading them but I'm sure she will check the blog over the next few days. What a blessing it is to know that when you are a child of God, you automatically gain hundreds of thousands of "siblings" all over the world who will lift you up to our Father in prayer.

Lindsey,
Thank you so much for keeping us updated. I have been thinking and praying about Melissa all day. I will continue to ask God to give them strength and guidance through this most difficult time. Please let us know if there is ANYTHING we can do. Love, Shauri

Lindsey, thank you for sharing this with us so that we can pray fervently for this family. Granny often speaks of "that nice young man who walked her down the aisle" at your wedding. We will certainly put this at the top of our prayer list. I know that God will give them the wisdom they need to make any tough decisions. Keep us posted.

Nancy, that is really sweet that Granny remembers John from the wedding - I'll have to let him know once all the craziness died down. Thank you for praying for our friends.
